Model has sat unused for many years and oiling/maintenance is suggested prior to usage. Please view photos to determine condition & ask any questions before bidding/buying. Some Basic Testing and Observational Notes reveal: The 989 model has working lighting but is making a whirring noise when powered. The wheels move by hand. The 988 model motor is working in forward & reverse. The lighting & sound is working as well. The 988B models motor is working in forward & reverse (probably just a dummy). Some of the handles look to be broken as shown.
